We are pleased to share with you the wonderful experience and the success obtained at the MARCA fair in Bologna with our stand and the show cooking of the renowned chef Andrea Mainardi.
On 12 - 13 April 2022 the MARCA fair was held at bologna fiere, where we were present with a stand with bright green colors, typical of the ecological features that distinguish us.
During the two days, many people approached the stand intrigued by the products, their characteristics and our flamboyant image.
To increase the involvement of the participants in the fair, we organized a show cooking at our stand which took place at 12.30 with the famous international chef Andrea Mainardi, also known for his participation in various television programs such as "La prova del cuoco" on Rai 1 and "We think Mainardi" on Fox.
During his show he prepared the recipe for a typical risotto, served in our sugar cane fiber plates and offered to our guests.
