Minimum Order
Single-reference pallet: minimum 1 pallet per item
Mixed pallet: minimum 1 box per item, minimum order value €1,500

1. Order Proposals

Order proposals received by the seller shall be deemed accepted only if confirmed in writing by the seller.

2. Price and Payments

1. Prices listed may contain errors or be subject to change.
2. It is expressly agreed between the parties that the sale price is the one indicated in the seller’s order confirmation.
3. Payments must be made, within the agreed terms specified in the order confirmation, to the seller’s registered address.
4. In the event of delayed payments, interest will be charged at the official discount rate plus 4%.
5. Any disputes do not entitle the buyer to suspend payments.
6. Failure to comply with the agreed payment terms gives the seller the right to suspend current supplies or to require advance payment.

3. Delivery

Delivery terms are indicative. Therefore, any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim penalties or compensation for damages.
The seller reserves the right to make partial shipments and to issue corresponding invoices with the agreed payment terms.

4. Retention of Title

Ownership of the goods remains with the seller until full payment has been received.

5. Tolerances

The following tolerances are accepted:

1. +/- 10% on order quantities
2. +/- 5% on weights, sizes, and grammages

6. Force Majeure

Orders are accepted subject to force majeure conditions, including but not limited to: strikes, lockouts, war, fire, floods, earthquakes, power outages of any kind, railway, shipping or road disruptions, and any other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

7. Claims

Any shortages or defects detectable from documentation must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods.
