ZAS Trading srl has embarked on an ambitious digital transformation journey aimed at modernizing and automating its business processes. Thanks to the support of the Lombardy Region PR ERDF 2021-2027, through the contribution received under the "Digital Transition of Lombardy Enterprises" call , the company is implementing cutting-edge technological solutions to improve operational efficiency and the quality of service offered to its partners and customers.

The Project: Digitalization and Automation

The intervention, titled "Digitalization and Automation of Business Processes of ZAS Trading SRL", focuses on integrating digital technologies into every phase of the activity:

• Data-Driven Decisions: we use new analytical tools, such as the Solver BI platform, to monitor business performance and margins in real-time, allowing for better procurement planning.
• Automation and Precision: thanks to Azure AI and YouSolution.cloud Artificial Intelligence, we have streamlined order management, significantly reducing processing times and eliminating manual data entry errors
• Cutting-Edge Logistics: we have optimized coordination between our warehouses in Naples and Verona, ensuring faster shipments and consistently precise stock control through integration with SAP Business One.
• Sustainability and Environment: this path allows us to almost completely eliminate paper use through document digitalization and optimize transport, reducing the environmental impact of our logistics and CO2 emissions.

Technology is a tool, but people make the difference. For this reason, the project includes a continuous training plan for all our staff, ensuring 100% of employees acquire the necessary digital skills to best manage these new solutions
